Alternation of the Method
A method is an approach how to achieve a chosen aim. A procedure to obtain comprehensions and to gain experience.
The more broadly diversified the experience the more comprehensive will be our views of the overall things.
The way of learning and understanding is completely subjective and individual.
Each of us perceives, digests and coordinates the received information in a different and proper way.
There are existing many options to receive, understand and apply Information.
Visual Perception
Visualizes relationships and ideas. Spatial concepts, shapes, pathways, differentiation of tension, movement qualities, movement control etc. are recognized by visual perception.
Audible Perception
The subject matter is reinforced by sound.
Different noises, tones, resonances, conducting to an understanding and learning of the subject.
Tactile Perception
The information enters over a physical experience. The proper body, body part is touched, moved and positioned by another person
Kinaesthetic Perception
Understanding occurs through a proper physical activity, means Learning by doing
Rational Perception
The understanding occurs by logical and abstract explication.
The aim of dance education should be a student that gains consciousness over its doing, over its proper body and its execution, means also over the way how he perceives and learns.
Therefore, alternating the way how to approach the proper body and the bodily movement expands our learning, understanding and comprehension.
It gives space to methods to which one feels more connected and to others that can open a new door to our identification and understanding.

when you always walk the same way”
