Signifies, Technical body formation through
organized and structured Exercises

A playful approach towards a movement content. Applying movement plays, playful activities as a livelier method to connect towards the Effort and body themes   

3) Response on a Stimulus

Signifies, the student responds actively on a stimulation. Either given by the Teacher or imaginative by the student as in improvisation.



4) Exploration on an abstract Movement Idea

Signifies, an explorative process of the student on a movement idea, motion Effort,


5) Progression of a work

Signifies, the student continues or finishes an activity of an already started creative process. (point 2, 3, 6)


6) Repetition of an older Work

Signifies, the student repeats, re-works, and performs an own already finished tasks or creative work
  

7) Study or Choreography

Signifies, the student learns, studies and practise creative work out of the repertoire.
